استخدام Must , have to , mustn’t , needn’t

اولا :- استخدامات ( must, mustn’t, needn’t )  :- 

 نستخدم ( must, mustn’t, needn’t ) مع جميع الضمائر بنفس التكوين و ياتى بعدهم الفعل فى المصدر  اذا اردنا القول ان الشىء غير ضرورى نستخدم  needn’t  ولا نستخدم  mustn’t لان نفى must  هنا يقصد به غير مسموح (not allowed to).

امثلة توضح ذلك:-

I must play football =  I have to play football 

I need not play football = I don’t need to play football = I don’t have to play

I mustn’t play football = I am not allowed to play football 

نستخدم must  فقط فى زمن المضارع البسيط ولكن اذا اردت استخدامها فى ازمنة اخرى في هذه الحالة تستبدل ب have to

البديل عنه (substitute)الفعل المساعد (modal)
 . I   have  to play football. I must   play   football
. I do not need to play football. I need not play football

 

. I do not have to play football
. I am not allowed to play football. I must not play football

 

نستخدم must  فقط فى زمن المضارع البسيط ولكن اذا اردت استخدامها فى ازمنة اخرى في هذه الحالة تستبدل ب have to والذى يختلف تكوينه على حسب الفاعل.

البديل عنه فى زمن المضارع البسيط(Modal )الفعل المساعدالضمائر( pronouns)
I have to play footballI must play football(I, We, you, they)
he has to play footballhe must play football(He, She, it)

 

ثانيا: استخدام have to  فى الجملة والسؤال

  • استخدام have to  فى زمن المضارع البسيط

Do i have to get

  • الجملة المثبتة باستخدام must :- 

الزمن tense(البديل عنه substitute)الفعل المساعد (modal)
المضارع البسيط  present simpleI have to play footballI must play football
الماضى البسيط past simpleI had to play footballلا يمكن استخدام must
المستقبل البسيط  future simpleI will have to play footballلا يمكن استخدام must

  • الجملة المنفية باستخدام mustn’t:-

الزمن (tense)البديل عنه ( substitute)الفعل المساعد (modal)
المضارع البسيط  present simpleI am not allowed to play footballI mustn’t play football
الماضى البسيط past simpleI was not allowed to play footballلا يمكن استخدام mustn’t
المستقبل البسيط future simpleI will not be allowed to play footballلا يمكن استخدام mustn’t

  • الجمل المنفية باستخدام  needn’t , don’t need,  don’t have to :

الزمن (tense)البديل عنه ( substitute)الفعل المساعد (modal)
المضارع البسيط  present simple.I do not have to play football. I need not play football
. I need not to play football
الماضى البسيط past simple.I did not  have to play footballلا يصح قول I didn’t need to play football
المستقبل البسيط future simpleI will not  have to play footballلا يصح قول I will not  need to play football

  • الاسئلة باستخدام (need/have to) 

الزمن tenseالبديل عنه substitute)الفعل المساعد (modal)
المضارع البسيط  present simpleDoes he have to play ?football? Must he play football
? Does he need to play football
الماضى البسيط past simpleDid he have to play ? footballالفعل المساعد must لايستخدم فى زمن الماضى
? Did he need to play football
المستقبل البسيط future simpleWill he have to play ?footballالفعل المساعد must لايستخدم فى زمن المستقبل
? Will he need to play football

 

تستخدم need كفعل اساسى فى الجملة وليست فعل مساعد فعلى سيبل المثال

Ex:- I needn’t sing.

(هنا  needn’t  جاءت كفعل مساعد بينما جاء الفعل sing  كفعل اساسى فى الجملة ) 

Ex:- we need a new computer.

(هنا need  جاءت كفعل اساسى فى الجملة ) 

 

ثالثا: حالات استخدام must/have to  فى زمن المضارع البسيط :-

ليس من الصحيح دائما استبدال  must ب have to فى زمن المضارع البسيط   كما سنوضح فى الامثلة التالية:-

  • يستخدم  الفعل المساعد must عندما ياتى الإلزام من الشخص المتحدث.

Ex:- I must go to new York I would like to see my sister.

Ex:- you must stop smoking.

  • يستخدام الفعل المساعد must  فى الاوامر المكتوبة او التعليمات المقرؤة.

Ex:- you must log in to read your messages.

  • نستخدم الصيغة البديلة (have to) للتعبير عن الإلزام الخارجى  المتعلق ب (جدول زمنى او حالة الطقس   او شىء ادارى).

Ex:– due to a snow storm the pilot has to land in Vancouver.

Ex:- My doctor says I have to stop smoking.
