السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاتة
بعد بحث في بعض المراجع اختصرت لكم
هذي القاعدة ركزت عليها كثير لصعوبة فهمها وتوصيلها للطلاب



Present Perfect Continuous Tense








subject ( base + ing+auxiliary verb( been ) +auxiliary verb(have-has))+main verb



We've been playing tennis for two hours

الاستخدمات :

An action that has just stopped or recently stopped
We use the present perfect continuous tense to talk about an action that started in the past and stopped recently. There is usually a result now

I'm tired because I've been running.

I'm tired [now] because I've been running


An action continuing up to now


We use the present perfect continuous tense to talk about an action that started in the past and is continuing now. This is often used with for or since.

I have been reading for 2 hours. [I am still reading now]a

هذا باختصار جدا
آتمنى أن آكون وفقت في توصيلها لكم
ولا تنسونا من دعائكم يا آخواني

[ملح الحياة]

It is the same use of the present perfect. But the only difference between them is that we use the present perfect when the times or the quantity of the action is more important than the length or the duration that the action take e.g. He has played for more than three different teams.
But when we want to express the duration of the action that happened in the past and still to the moment of speaking we use the present perfect continuous e.g. He has been playing football since he was ten.
Usually we use the question ( How many ) with the present perfect and the question ( How long ) with the present perfect progre ssive
