The answers r correct
They used simple past in 1-b coz an action has happened in the past and finished completely
Also, they used present perfect in 2-b coz It happened in a period of time recently ended but its effect is going on, or hasn't finished yet
So, they r correct
I know that they are correct, but I want to justify the answer.
Okey
Does my answer convince u or not ?
Yes, of course.
Thank you :)
