I think the best way to improve ur speaking is to talk with English native speakers
I've got the same problem I even sometimes speak with myself if there is nobody to speak with.

Listening also, is something very important in the procces of speaking, because you just imitate what you have heared

tryed = tried

you = your


and before talking about speaking Skills

we should say that here in Saudi Arabia

we don't have that places or people that we can practise our English with 'em

and thats a problem

and so learning speaking skills

might be not that use or we can be being benfit from

if we don't have the people who replied to us while chatting

also about Vocabulary itself

its not fairly enough to have the much of words

when you actually need different elements to build a good conversation

like for example

Grammar - correct structures - suitable time - suitable place - suitable words

and so on
