Here, prehistoric volcanoes rumble and steam, and wildlife
thrives in dense forests and lush valleys and windswept coastlines of Kamchatka Peninsula, located at the most far northern
east of Russia. It is the home to over 30 active volcanoes,
including the largest active volcano in the
Northern Hemisphere.

Kamchatka is one of the few places on earth not connected to the outside world by a single road. The region has 90 geysers,
the second largest concentration of geysers on earth, only accessible by chopper. The caves carved through Kamchatka's
glaciers by volcano-fed hot springs are the most magical.
Incredible lights shining purple, blue, green and yellow
are the result of sunlight streaming through the
glacial ice into the hidden world below.
