ابغى موقع لشرح قصائد الادب الانجليزي

والقصيدة هي

من الصعوبة ايجاد موقع يشرح القصائد لان هالاشياء تعود لاجتهادات شخصية من الشارح نفسه
يعني ممكن اكثر من شخص يشرح قصيدة وكل واحد له طريقته
اللي قدرت افيدك فيه بالقصيدة
وتقدرين تشرحينها انتي بالطريقة اللي تتناسب مع الغرض المستخدمه فيه

Now, of my threescore years and ten,
Twenty will not come again,
And take from seventy springs a score,
It only leaves me fifty more.

And since to look at things in bloom
Fifty springs are little room,
About the woodlands I will go
To see the cherry hung with snow.

Ok my dear, some writers express their self experiance or how and what they feel in the poems, so reading or looking for the writer's life ( biography) helps. I dont know this writer but i have feelings that this poem is about himself I understand from his peom he is talking about his passed years with some experiance he passed by and these experiances are stuck in his mind like they were yesterday not far away or may be he is counting the years of his past life and thinking about the coming years and how aged he will be. From the beginning he has mentioned the cherry fruit which start blooming in spring season so he starts counting his years from spring season which is also the best season of the year for most people beacuse the brith of the nature is in this season and everything look young and beautiful, flowers and trees and some wonderful fruits with their different colors. Threescore and ten means he is now 70 years old he is regreting (feel sorry) for the first 20 years of his life, in this age , age of 20, one is full of love and life !!And what can be done in this age may not be done when the person is older, thats why he said 20 will not come again.Bloom in his poem is a sign of freshness so in some years of his age he was fresh and full of life and now he is regreting because the best part of freshness is taken away!!At the end of the poem he mentioned the winter season when everything is quite and dull, it looks like the nature fall in a deep sleep in this season, some people feel depressed and stay home .
