    Justice
Justice is one of the morals of life. It is just like love, an invisible thing, that cannot be pointed at, nor defined or photographed. Even though, it plays an important role in the life of people , societies and countries. The continuity or collapse of these societies depends on justice. Haven't you ever heard Allah the Almighty says "And when We decide to destroy a town, We first send a definite order to those among them who lead a life of luxury. Then, they transgress therein, and thus the word (of torment) is justified against it (them). Then We destroy it with complete destruction "
……..is a special kind of oppression and its existence makes it fair to torment a town. It is a saying that monarchy may continues even with unbelieving but not with oppression. Why?!! Because unbelieving is an inner affair that only affects the person himself but the effect of oppression exceed the oppressor to other people and works in the society like deep bombs that destroy it and tear it from inside. Justice is wanted from man in his relation with other people, animals and plants as it is wanted from the ruler and ruled. What does the absence of justice in a society mean?
It means preferring those who are trusted to those who are experienced, and preferring fools to sages. It also means prevailing those who have the authority over those who have the right and that the politician will serve his interests not the interests of his nation. It means the collapse of industries, arts and literature, due to the absence of justice. Justice is the spirit of humanity. If it disappear or choked, life be disordered and becomes like dead people who
Justice is required for external politics as it is required for internal politics and in the human relations between people and environment. The presence of justice means that there is a fair criteria to judge in cases and that there is a general feeling of trust and safety. It also means preparing a good environment for work and progress. On the other hand, the absence of justice means doubled criteria when judging and spread the feeling of disorder and this all leads to deterioration, weakness and defeat.

A026 رجاااااء تساعدوني وترجمون القطعه ضروري

ياليت تساعدوني بترجمة هالقطعة ضروري لاني حاولت اترجمها في اكثر من موقع ولا طلعت لي بالشكل الصحيح

The term sociology was coined by the French philosopher Augusts comte (1798 – 1857). It breaks down into socio (society) and logy (science of ), giving us an initial definition of sociology as the science of society.
Although sociology originated in France, most present- day sociologists reside in the United States. This is so party because of the many institutions of higher education and the establishment of sociology as an important discipline within these institutions.
    Definition of Sociology:
Sociology is the "science or study of the origin, development, organization, and functioning of human society". (Ladies,1983,p.8) Sociologists study human society and social behavior, and they focus on groups, institutions, and social organization. There are several areas of study within the discipline of sociology. For example, sociologists specialize in such areas as small groups, large-scale organizations, race relations, religion, marriage and the family, social problems, collective behavior, criminology and delinquency, social class, urban and rural sociology, population and demography, age and sex roles, and the sociology of medicine and law ( ibid,p.9 )
Sociology is part of the family of social sciences, which includes psychology ,anthropology, economics, and political science. All social sciences are concerned with the " why's" of human behavior. But although they share the same basic subject matter each focuses on a different aspect of that subject.

    management, administrative

Organization and management of clerical work in the most efficient, constructive, and economical way consistent with good human relations and the aims and objects of the business(es) or government department(s) concerned, and in compliance with legal requirements such as the Companies Acts.

Careful selection is necessary for each office job, fair salary rates should be fixed, known opportunities for promotion should be open to all, and the provision of good working and welfare conditions is important. The administrative manager must devise suitable routines and systems which will enable the work to be dealt with in the most speedy and efficient manner.

While the function of administrative management can be readily understood, it is not always clear which executive within an organization is responsible for it. In the case of the very small organization the managing director or principal is responsible for administrative management along with all the other activities of the business; as the business grows he or she appoints assistants, and the administrative management often becomes the part-time responsibility of someone who has other functions to perform. It is only when a business employs a large number of clerical staff that administrative management takes on a separate identity. It is not uncommon for the overall responsibility for administrative management to be vested in either the company secretary or the accountant.

The Institute of Administrative Management (founded 1915) offers company secretaries and office managers opportunities of meeting to discuss their office problems, as well as a course of studies for a diploma in administrative management.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of

Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to Heaven, we were all going direct the other way--in short, the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only.

There were a king with a large jaw and a queen with a plain face, on the throne of England; there were a king with a large jaw and a queen with a fair face, on the throne of France. In both countries it was clearer than crystal to the lords of the State preserves of loaves and fishes, that things in general were settled for ever.

It was the year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy-five. Spiritual revelations were conceded to England at that favoured period, as at this. Mrs. Southcott had recently attained her five-and-twentieth blessed birthday, of whom a prophetic private in the Life Guards had heralded the sublime appearance by announcing that arrangements were made for the swallowing up of London and Westminster. Even the Cock-lane ghost had been laid only a round dozen of years, after rapping out its messages, as the spirits of this very year last past (supernaturally deficient in originality) rapped out theirs. Mere messages in the earthly order of events had lately come to the English Crown and People, from a congress of British subjects in America: which, strange to relate, have proved more important to the human race than any communications yet received through any of the chickens of the Cock-lane brood.

France, less favoured on the whole as to matters spiritual than her sister of the shield and trident, rolled with exceeding smoothness down hill, making paper money and spending it. Under the guidance of her Christian pastors, she entertained herself, besides, with such humane achievements as sentencing a youth to have his hands cut off, his tongue torn out with pincers, and his body burned alive, because he had not kneeled down in the rain to do honour to a dirty procession of monks which passed within his view, at a distance of some fifty or sixty yards. It is likely enough that, rooted in the woods of France and Norway, there were growing trees, when that sufferer was put to death, already marked by the Woodman, Fate, to come down and be sawn into boards, to make a certain movable framework with a sack and a knife in it, terrible in history. It is likely enough that in the rough outhouses of some tillers of the heavy lands adjacent to Paris, there were sheltered from the weather that very day, rude carts, bespattered with rustic mire, snuffed about by pigs, and roosted in by poultry, which the Farmer, Death, had already set apart to be his tumbrils of the Revolution. But that Woodman and that Farmer, though they work unceasingly, work silently, and no one heard them as they went about with muffled tread: the rather, forasmuch as to entertain any suspicion that they were awake, was to be atheistical and traitorous.

In England, there was scarcely an amount of order and protection to justify much national boasting. Daring burglaries by armed men, and highway robberies, took place in the capital itself every night; families were publicly cautioned not to go out of town without removing their furniture to upholsterers' warehouses for security; the highwayman in the dark was a City tradesman in the light, and, being recognised and challenged by his fellow- tradesman whom he stopped in his character of "the Captain," gallantly shot him through the head and rode away; the mall was waylaid by seven robbers, and the guard shot three dead, and then got shot dead himself by the other four, "in consequence of the failure of his ammunition:" after which the mall was robbed in peace; that magnificent potentate, the Lord Mayor of London, was made to stand and deliver on Turnham Green, by one highwayman, who despoiled the illustrious creature in sight of all his retinue; prisoners in London gaols fought battles with their turnkeys, and the majesty of the law fired blunderbusses in among them, loaded with rounds of shot and ball; thieves snipped off diamond crosses from the necks of noble lords at Court drawing-rooms; musketeers went into St. Giles's, to search for contraband goods, and the mob fired on the musketeers, and the musketeers fired on the mob, and nobody thought any of these occurrences much out of the common way. In the midst of them, the hangman, ever busy and ever worse than useless, was in constant requisition; now, stringing up long rows of miscellaneous criminals; now, hanging a housebreaker on Saturday who had been taken on Tuesday; now, burning people in the hand at Newgate by the dozen, and now burning pamphlets at the door of Westminster Hall; to-day, taking the life of an atrocious murderer, and to-morrow of a wretched pilferer who had robbed a farmer's boy of sixpence.

All these things, and a thousand like them, came to pass in and close upon the dear old year one thousand seven hundred and seventy-five. Environed by them, while the Woodman and the Farmer worked unheeded, those two of the large jaws, and those other two of the plain and the fair faces, trod with stir enough, and carried their divine rights with a high hand. Thus did the year one thousand seven hundred and seventy-five conduct their Greatnesses, and myriads of small creatures--the creatures of this chronicle among the rest--along the roads that lay before them.

    leadership

leadership is a quality a person may have. One can categorize the exercise of leadership as either actual or potential:

    * actual - giving guidance or direction, as in the phrase "the emperor has provided satisfactory leadership".
    * potential - the capacity or ability to lead, as in the phrase "she could have exercised effective leadership"; or in the concept "born to lead".

In both cases, as a result of the constancy of change some people detect within the late 20th and early 21st centuries, the act of learning appears fundamental to certain types of leading and leadership. When learning and leadership coalesce, one could characterize this as "learnership".

Leadership can have a formal aspect (as in most political or business leadership) or an informal one (as in most friendships). Speaking of "leadership" (the abstract term) rather than of "leading" (the action) usually implies that the entities doing the leading have some "leadership skills" or competencies.

Arieu defines a leader as "someone able to inspire and other associate with a dream." That is why it is so important that organizations have a mission high transcendent, since it is a very powerful way to strengthen the leadership of its directors.

    عليكم السلام

تفضلي اختي اتمنى انك تستفيدي ويكون كافي

What is management? What do managers do? How do I manage?

These are standard questions that most of us in the management profession have been asked more than once. And questions we asked once in our careers too. Here, then, is a basic look at management, a primer, Management 101 from my perspective.

    Art and Science
Management is both art and science. It is the art of making people more effective than they would have been without you. The science is in how you do that. There are four basic pillars: plan, organize, direct, and monitor.

    Make Them More Effective
Four workers can make 6 units in an eight-hour shift without a manager. If I hire you to manage them and they still make 6 units a day, what is the benefit to my business of having hired you? On the other hand, if they now make 8 units per day, you, the manager, have value.

The same analogy applies to service, or retail, or teaching, or any other kind of work.

Can your group handle more customer calls with you than without? Sell higher value merchandise? Impart knowledge more effectively? etc. That is the value of management - making a group of individual more effective.

    Plan
Management starts with planning. Good management starts with good planning. And proper prior planning prevents… well, you know the rest of that one.

Without a plan you will never succeed. If you happen to make it to the goal, it will have been by luck or chance and is not repeatable. You may make it as a flash-in-the-pan, an overnight sensation, but you will never have the track record of accomplishments of which success is made.

Figure out what your goal is (or listen when your boss tells you). Then figure out the best way to get there. What resources do you have? What can you get? Compare strengths and weaknesses of individuals and other resources. Will putting four workers on a task that takes 14 hours cost less than renting a machine that can do the same task with one worker in 6 hours? If you change the first shift from an 8 AM start to a 10 AM start, can they handle the early evening rush so you don't have to hire an extra person for the second shift?

Look at all the probable scenarios. Plan for them. Figure out the worst possible scenario and plan for that too. Evaluate your different plans and develop what, in your best judgement, will work the best and what you will do if it doesn't.

TIP: One of the most often overlooked management planning tools is the most effective. Ask the people doing the work for their input.

    Organize
Now that you have a plan, you have to make it happen. Is everything ready ahead of your group so the right stuff will get to your group at the right time? Is your group prepared to do its part of the plan? Is the downstream organization ready for what your group will deliver and when it will arrive?

Are the workers trained? Are they motivated? Do they have the equipment they need? Are there spare parts available for the equipment? Has purchasing ordered the material? Is it the right stuff? Will it get here on the appropriate schedule?

Do the legwork to make sure everything needed to execute the plan is ready to go, or will be when it is needed. Check back to make sure that everyone understands their role and the importance of their role to the overall success.

    Direct
Now flip the "ON" switch. Tell people what they need to do. I like to think of this part like conducting an orchestra. Everyone in the orchestra has the music in front of them. They know which section is playing which piece and when. They know when to come in, what to play, and when to stop again. The conductor cues each section to make the music happen. That's your job here. You've given all your musicians (workers) the sheet music (the plan). You have the right number of musicians (workers) in each section (department), and you've arranged the sections on stage so the music will sound best (you have organized the work). Now you need only to tap the podium lightly with your baton to get their attention and give the downbeat.

    Monitor
Now that you have everything moving, you have to keep an eye on things. Make sure everything is going according to the plan. When it isn't going according to plan, you need to step in and adjust the plan, just as the orchestra conductor will adjust the tempo.

Problems will come up. Someone will get sick. A part won't be delivered on time. A key customer will go bankrupt. That is why you developed a contingency plan in the first place. You, as the manager, have to be always aware of what's going on so you can make the adjustments required.

This is an iterative process. When something is out of sync, you need to Plan a fix, Organize the resources to make it work, Direct the people who will make it happen, and continue to Monitor the effect of the change.

    Is It Worth It
Managing people is not easy. However, it can be done successfully. And it can be a very rewarding experience. Remember that management, like any other skill, is something that you can improve at with study and practice.

    A030 الفززززززززززززعة !

    السلام عليكم ..

تكفون طالبتكم ترجمة هالنصين .. تكفوون لاتبخلون علي

Lecturing, of course, can be an effective way of
communicating–of delivering a great deal of
information not easily available otherwise, or of
demonstrating an analytic process. But we also
know that lecturing doesn’t always encourage
students to move beyond memorization of the
information presented to analyzing and synthesizing
ideas so that they can employ them in new
ways. Though we may rely on conventional lectures
    to communicate information and concepts
with our own perspective, it’s possible to help
students more fully grasp and assimilate the ideas
we’re presenting. Breaking up the conventional
fifty minute lecture with questions and discussion
is perhaps the first action to consider.

Speaking of Teaching Fall 1993 produced quarterly by the Center for Teaching and Learning

Some lecturers begin class by first having
students brainstorm problems that remained unresolved
from the previous lecture, or raise questions
from the previous lecture or their reading assignment.
The lecturer can then address these issues
while proceeding with the day’s topic, responding
to student input while covering new material. This
exercise can be particularly useful if students know
in advance that you’ll be asking for their participation
at the beginning of the class.

Another simple technique to involve students is
to pause for a few minutes two or three times
during an hour lecture to allow students to consolidate
notes and develop questions about the material
being presented. Too often we assume that
students have understood and carefully noted down
all that we’ve covered. But most students need
time to organize their notes and think about the
material. A short break can help them notice the
gaps in their notes or jot down questions uppermost
    in their minds.

Additionally, a lecturer can pause and ask
students to work in pairs to organize their notes
and discuss the key points of the lecture. Each
group could also develop questions based on what
they feel is still unclear, and these questions could
be addressed in the final minutes of the class or
could serve as the starting point for the next lecture.

A final effective technique is to have students
close their notebooks a few minutes before the end
of class and then ask them to reconstruct, on a
blank sheet of paper, as much of the lecture as
possible–either in outline form or diagrammatically.
This exercise in immediate recall forces
students to review and consolidate key points, and
helps them discover areas for review

    ....................

    Barriers to Active Learning

While the activities described here might seem
appealing, they often seem appealing for other instructors
or other disciplines–but not for our own.
That is, a certain amount of internal resistance sometimes
sets in. Trying new activities might seem like
inviting disaster, especially when it means giving up
the control that a lecturer commands. And there is
always the pressure to cover more and more material,
so that activities involving students–activities taking
    up classroom time–seem wasteful.

There is also a kind of institutional pressure not to
experiment with our teaching, since any experimentation
takes thinking about–thereby taking time away
from our research and writing. Incentives and even

collegial support to improve or alter our teaching
are often nonexistent. And also, of course, is the
fear of trying something new and failing–a fear of
    taking risks in the classroom.

Despite the fact that trying new teaching methods
can feel uncomfortable, instructors who are
using active learning in their large classes believe it
makes a difference and is worth experimenting with.
Without truly sacrificing breadth of coverage, we
are able to increase depth of understanding, since
students must engage with the material we’re
presenting and immediately attempt to use it, not
just note it down for future thought.

Getting your students involved in activities in
the classroom also requires them regularly to assess
their own degree of understanding and skill at
handling concepts or problems in your discipline.
Rather than allowing them to rest comfortably with
a surface knowledge, it forces them to develop a
deeper understanding. As a result, students are
much more likely to study carefully, to regularly
note their own questions or difficulties with assignments.
Such students are also more likely to prepare
in a consistent way for exams, not waiting until the
last minute with difficulties or concerns. In short,
active learning in the classroom offers significant
benefits both to you and your students.

Food is any substance, usually composed primarily of carbohydrates, fats, water and/or proteins, that can be eaten or drunk by an animal for nutrition or pleasure. Items considered food may be sourced from plants, animals or other categories such as fungus or fermented products like alcohol. Although many human cultures sought food items through hunting and gathering, today most cultures use farming, ranching, and fishing, with hunting, foraging and other methods of a local nature included but playing a minor role

Most traditions have a recognizable cuisine, a specific set of cooking traditions, preferences, and practices, the study of which is known as gastronomy. Many cultures have diversified their foods by means of preparation, cooking methods and manufacturing. This also includes a complex food trade which helps the cultures to economically survive by-way-of food, not just by consumption

Many cultures study the dietary analysis of food habits. While humans are omnivores, religion and social constructs such as morality often affect which foods they will consume. Food safety is also a concern with foodborne illness claiming many lives each year. In many languages, food is often used metaphorically or figuratively, as in food for thought
