Deep suffer and insult....Put yourself in their shoes????

This means insult to teachers
to their degnity,to the meaning of being
teacher.Who's the responsible about what's
going on? Does Islam support such things?
why do we have so? why do we have such
sly and cunning leaders?
I am not a teacher but what I have seen concerns
me a lot.
I wish one day to be a leader and drag those
who are respobsible about such rules and
put them away?
I am deeply sorry to those brothers and sisters
who suffered and treated like this
But God(Allah) is there always
