Why on earth do most teachers complain so much?

about their "hours"
, their "responsibilities"
their pupils'behaviour
their pupils standards,
the pupil's parents,
the work pensions,
insurance
invironment
and holidays
marking exams/coursework etc

Are you happy with your job
If not , Why
*What is your complaint and what is the alternative ( the solution ).

Well some teacher are complaining a lot because they really do have a difficult schedule to manage their time

You know some of them have you can say 16 during 1 week
So how can they shutting their mouths without complainant?
I really appreciate their hard work sometimes there aren't some people who say thank

You to them...it's so sad to hear such things .moreover, people ask them to provide more
So my message to all teachers:

As for me , things are going easily
I am totally happy with my job
Except for
The pupils' low standard in English
I think it is a common problem for most teachers

It depends oo what kind of a teacher is giving such complaints

I have 20 periods per week

I always try not to complain about anything cuase sometimes

talking about the problem makes one feel even worse

I need to carry my laptop and projector and worksheets

from one class to another cause we don't have our own room

That's is really takes time and effort

More over, cause the number of teachers at my school is few,

we also have extra work

Its a difficult job to be a teacher but hating it or complaining about isn't the solution

One should try to enjoy what he/she is doing or will never survive it

and hard efforts are always rewarded by Allah and that's the top priority

May Allah help you in your hard work and bless your efforts . The fact is that most newly recruited teachers are unhappy with their job especially those who are teaching in far
off villages .That's why I posted this topic to see their viewpoints . One has to adapt o all
his or her work life conditions of course but I think they have a point in thier view .

and I can not imagine
myself in another job
I do not complain about my work
and I have 23 periods
per week and also I have extra
work in the school
such as staying with children until the
last student goes to his or her home
and taking care for the small students
during the break.
But I do not have problems with
all of these
my problem is with the familes
who want to deal with you as
a servent
because I am teaching in private school
if you can not do what they want
they go and complain about you
you know I have alot of examples
one of them
I was in the class, explianing my lesson
and when of the student's mother came in
and asked me to explain something for
her
I told that now I am busy
and to; come late
but she got angry
and alot of these thing
thank you brother for giving us this
