Your English language is superb. Your preparations undoubtedly indicate your enthusiasm and endeavor to achieve high quality. However, the fact that these preparation are for Saudi students in the third grade (Intermediate) renders your preparations unsuitable and futile. For example, you wrote:

A Best friend has shoulders soggy from your tears.

It is extremely amazing that such a sentence with a word like "soggy" is presented to students who do not even know simple basic words !!!!

I am certain that the majority of teachers do not know the meaning of this word, let alone the miserable students.

I believe that the biggest current problem in teaching English language in Saudi Arabia is the teachers' unawareness of their students' knowledge and capacity for learning and the teachers' unwillingness to put themselves in the shoes of their students, to realize how difficult it is for them to learn English.

I must, nevertheless, emphasize that your preparations would have been suitable had they been aimed at native speakers.

Thank you for the sincere comment you posted, I honestly admire the person who stands for him/herself or the cause he/she believes in. not to mention the time you invested to read, discuss and post your words here.
Do allow me to reply to the comments one by one plz.
First of all,the preparations including the teaching techniques are meant for saudi students learning in public schools (not native nor private school students).
Second of all, always keep your students up to your expectations Truthful, always lived by that statement both on the personal & professional levels. If I keep on saying that my students are great, they will be up to that saying, if the opposite, they will react as negative as it should be!! Try it, it is a fact, so real and true.
Third of all, as teachers, we never do but the best for the benefit of our students. Was surfing the forum today & read the post of Miss English, a lady or a young teacher who is sooooooo thrilled about her presentation, and she sure deserves the best, she had a goal & managed to achieve it. Here is my goal Truthful, i'm being here because i want to help, to strecth my hand for those who want to hold it, no pushing, no forcing, helping the students as much as helping the teachers not to mention myself. I did learn different stuff, and guess what!! It's for free!!!!
If the word 'soggy' is the the reason that the whole thing went off here, then i must be thankful to it as well, but i do remember that i did give you guys the freedom to delete whatever you disagree with, didn't I?
Tip to remember; we as human beings are using 20% of our brains only, would you believe it? Would it kill us if we tried a bit harder or expand our knowledge a bit further?
Thank you once more for the honest words which made me talk & talk & be one of the typical chalk faces.

Dear Saheel, thank you for the post. Guess we learnt how to share ourselves beyond any limits. I posted the first term exam saheel and used one of the comprehension passages you posted earlier. isn't that something? I felt like we all working in one place, changing & adding, deleting, one big family. Thank you for the feeling you nourished in me.
