Therefore, wisdom stands with justice. Definitely depend on knowledge and experience. A wise person has self-knowledge; he seems sincere and directs with others .so others ask wise people for advice.
Our Islam encourage us to be a wise
We can say wisdom is the high virtue.

Actually, I had been seen few people act with this virtue.
So it's rarely to be as it.
